BIO PREN - Compound of thermoplastic materials and thermosets.
At the same time as when the trend of biodegradability of materials worldwide for disposable objects and bags started, we began to test alternative formulations.
From the beginning, our choice was to use vegetable or plant-based raw materials with the aim of having performance similar to materials of fossil origin, but with limited emissions and a high content of renewable materials, without however losing the possibility of being recycled.

All BIOPREN compounds are 100% vegan and the bio-based products are not derived from bacteria, single-celled organisms or algae. They are not tested on animals and there are no animals derived from them.
YOU BLEND
With the name YOU BLEND we encourage producers to separate and recycle their thermoplastic waste promptly during the production process, so as not to change their parameters and characteristics.
You can obtain 1 kg of renewable material with less than 200 grams of CO2 emissions by grinding the production waste or non-compliant items. Subsequently it is possible to add it up to 20%, without a significant loss of its characteristics.
If a manufacturer has BIOPREN waste and recycled for a long period in stock, we have prepared for SBS and SEBS, 2 specific compounds that mixed in different quantities with the recycled one, can help to return the materials to their original performance.
